We are pleased to share that Zoe K.N. (Year 1) has been selected as a finalist in the Young Archie 2026, in the 5–8 years category.
Her portrait, Max at the Beach, depicts her younger brother and constant companion, Max. Drawing on their many shared adventures — from makeshift spear-fishing with sticks to searching rock pools for mermaids — Zoe has produced a work that is joyful, observant and full of character. It demonstrates the expressive confidence and visual storytelling nurtured in our early years program.
Zoe’s portrait will be exhibited alongside other finalists at the Art Gallery of New South Wales until 16 August 2026.
