Rob Goss is a senior finance executive with more than 30 years’ experience in listed and private technology companies across Australia, Asia, the UK and the United States. He is Chief Financial Officer of global cybersecurity company Kasada, where he leads the company’s financial and capital strategy as it scales internationally.

Prior to Kasada, Rob served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Audinate Group Limited, an ASX 200 technology company, and previously as CFO of iProperty Group Limited, which operated throughout Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at ANZ and Allco Finance Group, and began his career at KPMG.

Across his executive career, Rob has led financial strategy, capital management, risk oversight and governance in high-growth and publicly listed organisations. He brings this breadth of experience to his role as a Governor of Queenwood.
Rob has two daughters, Claudia and Bella, both completing Year 12 at Queenwood in 2026.
