Amanda Meehan is a lawyer, executive coach, and strategy advisor with a career spanning corporate law, coaching and leadership development, and workplace mediation. She brings deep expertise in governance, compliance, and legal practice.

Amanda is the founder of a coaching and consulting practice that supports executive teams to embed high-performance cultures through human-centred design and inclusive practices. Her work draws on her credentials in law, management, and governance. Amanda has a continuing interest in the science of learning and is fascinated by the neuroscience of learning and adapting to change.

She serves as Company Secretary and Councillor for The Ballet Society NSW, supporting the community of The Australian Ballet, and advises organisations on governance and inclusion frameworks. Amanda is also a workplace mediator known for facilitating complex conversations and designing bespoke leadership programs that empower leaders, teams and build capability.

Amanda is an alumna of Queenwood (Class of 1993), and passionate about challenging gendered stereotypes and dismantling systemic barriers that prevent young women from reaching their full potential. She has three children – two daughters at Queenwood and a son who has graduated from Riverview. Amanda has a large group of close friends from her years at Queenwood that have been a great influence and role model for her and her family.
