Lisa is a recognised leader with a proven track record of driving strategic change across the corporate, philanthropic, social impact, and community sectors.
Her career spans over three decades, in corporate leadership roles across industries including financial services, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Lisa later established her own business consulting firm before transitioning into the for-purpose sector, where she has held multiple CEO and Non-Executive Director roles. Lisa’s professional journey has consistently focused on business innovation, transformation and high growth.
For the past 20 years, Lisa has been driven by a strong commitment to building a more generous and equitable society, with a particular focus on empowering women and young people.
Lisa currently serves as a Board Director of The Funding Network and acts as an advisor to the Westpac Social Change Fellowship, Sydney Women’s Fund, and the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Australia. She also contributes as a mentor with Mentor Walks. Her previous board roles include IWF Australia, Daystar Foundation, and ShareGift Australia.
An alumna of Queenwood (Class of 1984), Lisa attributes her values and purpose-driven career to the foundations laid during her education at Queenwood, as well as the influence of her family. She recognises the lasting impact of being part of a school that empowers young women to strive for excellence while contributing to a fairer and better world. Many of her lifelong friendships were formed during her time at Queenwood.
