Queenwood School for Girls is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sports Coaches to join our Aquatics team on a casual basis. Sports Coaches may undertake duties across Learn to Swim instruction, swimming coaching, and deck assistance, according to their skills, experience, and program requirements.

Learn to Swim Teachers will provide safe, engaging and differentiated instruction, developing students’ water confidence, safety, technique, and swimming skills.

Swimming Coaches will develop swimmers’ technical skills, fitness, and performance, including preparation for squad training, competition, and continued progression.

Deck Assistants will assist staff and students with the safe and efficient operation of aquatic programs, helping to maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming pool environment.

Sports Coaches may undertake coaching duties across a range of sports, including Rowing, Football, Touch Football, Futsal, Hockey, Water Polo, Athletics, Basketball and Netball, according to their skills, experience, and program requirements.

Queenwood is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior School Teacher of Economics. The successful candidate will have experience teaching HSC and IB Economics as well as Stages 4 and 5 Geography and Commerce. The role requires a strong understanding of curriculum, a commitment to intellectual rigour, excellent ICT capability, and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. The successful applicant will be passionate about extending and enriching students’ learning and contributing to a dynamic and supportive faculty. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 1, 2027.

Queenwood is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior School English Teacher. The successful candidate will have a passion for, and experience in, teaching English in Stages 4 and 5. The ability to teach Stage 6 and a second subject specialisation will be considered an advantage. This is a temporary position for Term 1, 2027 replacing teachers who will be on leave.

Queenwood is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide exceptional executive and administrative support within the Office of the Principal. As a key representative of the School, this pivotal role requires outstanding organisational skills, discretion, initiative, and attention to detail. Working closely with the Principal and a wide range of stakeholders, the successful candidate will help ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Principal’s Office while contributing positively to the life and community of the School. This is a permanent full-time position commencing on or around 11 January 2027.

Queenwood is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior School Music Teacher to join our vibrant Music Department. The successful candidate will have experience teaching NESA Music Stages 4-6, with IB Music experience an advantage. They will demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge, intellectual rigour, digital proficiency, collegiality, and a commitment to enriching student learning. Knowledge of the Kodály and Orff approaches to music education is highly desirable. This is a permanent part-time position to commence in Term 1, 2027.
