Nick Gassmann is an experienced development and project manager with more than 30 years of experience.
Nick Gassmann has more than 30 years of experience in property development and project management across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. He has held senior property roles with organisations including HSBC, AMP and Canary Wharf Group and has extensive experience leading complex education, residential and commercial projects.
Nick brings expertise in strategic planning, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project delivery. He founded Lighthouse Project Group in 2017 and continues to consult to organisations on the planning and delivery of their projects.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor of Construction Management.
Nick lives in Mosman, Sydney. Nick’s wife Kate attended Queenwood (Class of 1994), and his daughter attends Queenwood. Nick volunteered with the Balmoral Nippers program and has competed in triathlons for 25 years and enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends.
