Mr Osborne is a Sydney-based partner of Deloittes and the business tax leader for Australian corporate tax. As the leader of the National Industries group and a member of the firm’s tax executive, Mr Osborne is instrumental in development and execution of the strategy for the tax practice.
His most recent project is the development of the digital compliance offering and he is a member of the steering committee looking at the future of the tax business having regard to the impact of technology, regulatory environment and the impact on the workforce.
Mr Osborne maintains client responsibilities acting for a number of multinational corporations both inbound and ASX-listed. In this capacity he is a regular presenter on tax strategy, governance and technical issues to corporate boards.
