Mrs Lucinda Brogden AM

Mrs Brogden has more than 25 years’ commercial experience with companies including Macquarie Group and Ernst & Young and more than ten years in organisational psychology. Specifically, Mrs Brogden has worked in trusted advisory roles with some of Australia’s leading CEOs, Managing Partners, Ministers and Chairs in investment banking, finance, law and government.

She is a Founder and Patron of the Sydney Women’s Fund, focused on supporting the issues facing women and girls in Sydney. In 2014 she was appointed a Commissioner on the National Mental Health Commission. She is also a tutor in Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University and an active Lifesaver, Age Manager and surfboat rower at Bilgola Beach.

Mrs Brogden has a strong commitment to helping others and building stronger communities. Her primary areas of focus are issues facing women and girls and Mental Health and Wellbeing, particularly in the workplace and the community. She takes an evidenced-based approach to problem solving and social investment.

Mrs Brogden is a ‘Red Shoe Badge’ recipient, having attended Queenwood from Kindergarten through to Year 12. Her mother is an Old Girl and her grandmother’s cousin was one of the five founding pupils.
