Reporting
Queenwood welcomes the active involvement of parents or guardians in their daughter's education and through regular reporting and parent/teacher meetings, attempts to keep families fully informed of progress.
In addition to twice-yearly written reports and face-to face interviews, parents are invited to information nights. In senior years topics covering social and pastoral aspects of girls' education are presented in parent information nights. In Years 9 and 10 extensive interviews are held to give progress reports and plan for future years, with parent involvement and feedback welcomed.
If there are any concerns or questions, parents are urged to contact teaching staff or Year Co-ordinators to discuss matters. Teachers are active in dealing with issues they feel need attention and will contact families.
Communication is essential to operate efficiently at school and home. Parents may keep informed by regularly checking the weekly newsletter and Webschool.
